Ruff 2 Finish Construction was founded in 2023 in Pueblo West, built on two decades of field carpentry. The name is the promise: we take work from rough framing to finish detail with one accountable crew.
Jesse Ruff leads the field — estimating, site supervision, and the craft standard every crew is held to. Owners keep hiring him back; all 18 of our Google reviews mention him by name.
Justine Ruff runs the business — systems, planning, and operations, backed by an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a seat on the UCCS Women in Leadership advisory board.
Today the company builds both sides of the market: the commercial projects Southern Colorado's operators depend on, and the decks, remodels, and additions our neighbors trust us with.
